Proper working area will be required to work with equipment to diagnose and repair at your premises. There will be no charge for diagnostics.
Equipment Pick Up
We’ll pick up equipment at your location, reservation will need to have at least a 24 hour anticipation to the day to pickup. We’ll disconnect the equipment, the technician will take notes on what is the issue with the equipment, but final diagnosis will be done on our premises. The is no charge for diagnostics.
All equipment whether non-repaired, repaired, or purchased new, will be scheduled to be delivered with 24 hours of anticipation. If the equipment was repairable, but if after the diagnostics the customer didn’t accept the fix rate, it will be delivered back with no charge whatsoever.
